I do not do pain nor the sight of blood very gracefully and the staff seemed to pick up on that without my even saying anything. The Office Manager and the attending physician were extremely pleasant and gentle in their ministrations. Thank you for being there for me. ' |

| 'I was expecting the same treatment one receives at most Urgent Care facilities. You know the drill...you walk in...no one greets you or makes eye contact with you...in a monotone voice, the receptionist gives you a few instructions...then you sit and wait for hours. There is good news for you at Express Care of Tampa Bay. I was greeted with a smile and direct eye contact. The medical care was exceptional. I received treatment within a reasonable time frame. ALL the staff members were professional with a helpful, caring attitude. My overall experience was VERY positive. I give Express Care of Tampa Bay an AAA+ on all levels of service. Eileen D. ' |

| 'This clinic was tremendously great!! Super nice staff and extremely caring. I had to drive about 20 miles from South Tampa to go here because my primary doctor was booked and I had to have a release for work. I am on Staywell medicaid and it is hard to find walk-in clinics that accept it. This one did and it was well worth the drive. They were very understanding of the fact that I had to be out quickly for my son's doctor appointment in the afternoon. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!! ' |

'I just found this website while looking where to contact the clinic by email and send them a "thank you" for taking care of my family while we are here from out of town. Four members of our family while visiting here came down sick. They all have been to this clinic based only on recommendations from neighbors. It isn't a fancy clinic, but the service was very good each time we visited. Different doctors on different days, but the same people and faces in the office and nurses too. We honestly did not know what to expect when we went to this clinic, especially being from out of town. We are now reassured of having a doctor when we visit again. Thank you Express Care, and to the nurse with the blonde hair and the P.A. on Monday evening.

'When my husband visited this walk in clinic, he was very sick! They not only helped him PROMPTLY, they were extremely friendly! Since my husband does not have insurance, they offered a self pay discount and even gave him samples of the antibiotics he would need to cut down on out of pocket prescription costs. The doctor was wonderful! We will definitely go there again!
